3. Service Description

AviatorBuy provides a one-time installation service for the Aviator betting game script. Our service includes:

• Installation of the Aviator betting game script on your domain
• Setup of M-Pesa payment integration
• Basic branding of the platform with your business name, logo, and colors
• Initial configuration of the admin panel

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The cost for our service is a one-time fee of KSh 20,000.

4.2. Payment must be made in full before we begin the installation process.

4.3. All payments are non-refundable once the installation process has begun.

4.4. We accept payments through the methods indicated on our payment page.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information for the setup of your platform.

5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to operate a betting platform in your jurisdiction.

5.3. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permits required to operate a betting platform in your jurisdiction.

5.4. You are responsible for managing your platform after installation, including user management, payouts, and compliance with local laws.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Aviator script and all related software remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

6.2. Your purchase grants you a license to use the script on one domain only. You may not redistribute, resell, or transfer the script to any third party.

6.3. Any customization or modification of the script does not transfer ownership of the underlying code to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. AviatorBuy is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal issues that may arise from your operation of a betting platform.

7.2. We do not guarantee that the script will be error-free or that your platform will operate without interruption.

7.3. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

8. Warranty

8.1. We warrant that the script will function substantially as described for a period of 30 days from the date of installation.

8.2. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by your modification of the script or problems with your hosting environment.

9. Support

9.1. Basic technical support is provided for 30 days after installation.

9.2. Support is limited to issues directly related to the installation and basic functionality of the script.

9.3. Support does not include custom development, modifications, or troubleshooting issues caused by third-party software or your modifications.

10. Termination

10.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

10.2. We may terminate your license to use the script if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
